WALL GUARD EXTERIOR PRIMER

Whiteness, opacity, reduces porosity. Digital Wall Guard Exterior Primer is formulated with special grade pigment that provides extra whiteness with excellent opacity. It is water base primer for exterior walls and a suitable undercoat for exterior emulsions. It gives a tough film and as a result is helps to provide longer life of total paint system. No curing is required for this primer. It penetrates the porous surface, seals the porosity of the surface, and reduces the absorption of the surface and as a result top coat gives better coverage.

Surface preparation:

-Surface must be clean, free contaminants, mould and mildew.
-Scrape off loose paint and sand to a smooth surface.
-New plaster must be cured at least 30 days before priming.
-For adhesion on glossy surfaces, scuff sand surface thoroughly before priming.
-Repair holes and cracks with Digital Wall Putty.

Application Procedure

-Ready-to-use formulation.
-Apply by brush, roller or sprayer.
-Stir thoroughly before and occasionally during use.
-Dilution ratio – upto 100% by volume.
-Dilute no more than 10% water for spray application.
-Prime the entire surface to ensure a uniform appearance of the topcoat.
-Application in wet humid conditions will slow drying time.

Safety Features

-Store the container with the lid tightly closed in an upright position, in a cool, dry place.
-Keep out of reach of children and away from eatables.
-May be harmful if swallowed. In case of ingestion seek immediate medical attention.
-Wear eye protection and face mask during application. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty
of fresh water and seek medical advice.
-In case of skin contact immediately wash skin with soap and plenty of fresh water.
-Get medical attention if irritation develops or persists.
-It is recommended to wear suitable nose pad during sanding and surface preparation to avoid dust inhalation.
-Do not pour leftover paint down the drain or in water courses.
-In the event of spills, contain spillage using sand or earth. No added Mercury, Arsenic & Chromium.
