Digit Wood Primer is a specially formulated undercoat for wooden substrates, which assures strong adhesion and enhances performance of the paint film. Dries to enhance performance Anti-Fungal and Anti-Algal Properties Primes and seals a variety of woods

Features

SAFETY FEATURES:

-Store the product at ambient conditions in well ventilated locations and away from source of ignition and fire.
-Keep out of reach of children and away from eatables.
-May be harmful if swallowed. In case of ingestion seek immediate medical attention.
-Use protective equipment like rubber/ gloves, safety goggles/glasses, face mask while handling the paint.
-Wear eye protection and face mask during application. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty
of fresh water and seek medical advice.
-In case of skin contact immediately wash skin with soap and plenty of fresh water.
-Get medical attention if irritation develops or persists.
-It is recommended to wear suitable nose pad during sanding and surface preparation to avoid dust inhalation.
-Do not pour leftover paint down the drain or in water courses.
-Dispose in land filling. Do not dispose in any drain. No added Mercury, Arsenic & Chromium.
-Flammable.

Application Procedure

-Application by brush, roller or spray.
-Stir well before use.
-Apply with a brush and work well into the wood grain.
-Apply a full coat, allow to dry overnight.
-Sand back using #150-180 grit paper.
-If necessary, re-coat areas that show substrate after sanding.
-Actual coverage may vary from the quoted coverage due to factors such as method and condition of application and surface roughness and porosity.

Surface preparation

-Surface to be primed must be clean, dry and free from contaminants.
-Fill and repair all cracks and joints.
-Remove any flaking or blistering paint by chemical, mechanical means.
-For adhesion on glossy surfaces, scuff sand surface thoroughly before priming
